About product shipping

Golf Clubs: PXG clubs are scheduled to ship within 10 business days of the order date.

Clothing, apparel and accessories: We expect your order to ship within 5 business days of the order date.

Shipping Fee

Free shipping if your purchase amount is 11,000 yen or more (tax included).

If your purchase amount is less than 11,000 yen (tax included), shipping costs of 1,100 yen will be charged.

Cancellation and Change of Order

Cancellations/Changes: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without additional charge.

Cancellations/Changes After 24 Hours of Order: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed unless agreed to in writing by PXG Japan.

If you receive notification from PXG Japan that an item you have ordered is backordered or out of stock, you may cancel your order free of charge, even if it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order.

How to cancel your order: Please contact PXG Japan by phone or email with your order number and details.

If the product you received is different from the product you ordered or if there is an initial defect

Please call or email PXG Japan within 7 days of receiving your item and provide your order number and details of the error.

Please return the product to PXG Japan with postage paid.

Once we receive your return, we will exchange the item for the correct one. If the correct item is backordered or out of stock and we have to wait for more than two weeks, we can cancel your order and refund the full purchase price (including VAT).

Refunds take approximately 14-21 days to process.

All PXG golf clubs are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee (customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee). To return an item, please contact our Player Support Representatives toll free at 08001239794.

PXG will accept exchanges or full refunds (minus shipping charges) on all apparel and golf equipment accessories with a receipt for 30 days from the date of purchase. This policy applies to products purchased at PXG retail stores and PXG.com. Please note that sale items, including outlet items, are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
