If you are applying for credit from PXG as a corporate client (a “Credit Application”)
When you apply for credit, we may obtain and use International Business Data ("IBD") about your company. In some cases, IBD may include business information that is personal to you, such as:
- Financial information about you (e.g. mortgages, credit card overdrafts, loans, etc.)
- Previous work address
- Credit History
- Any other credit reports relating to your company prepared by credit reference agencies

Information from Third Parties: From time to time, we may receive personal information about you from third parties.
For example, we work with delivery companies such as FedEx. These are third-party contractors we use to deliver products to you, so collecting information from them about your order helps us ensure that our products are delivered to you effectively, accurately and safely. We also obtain personal information from our affiliates, such as PXG UK Ltd., PXG Fitters and Golf Clubs, and from our customers (for example, when you provide us with contact details for an employee who is a purchasing agent or when you make an enquiry).

- To produce and ship your PXG products and provide services to you

We are a global company based in the United States, and the PXG affiliates and third parties with whom we share Personal Data pursuant to this Privacy Policy are located both inside and outside the United States, including countries where the privacy laws may not provide the same degree of protection as those in your country of residence. PXG complies with legal requirements to protect cross-border data transfers, including by using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by relying on a third party's participation in Privacy Shield.
Our customers may transfer personal data to PXG pursuant to other legal mechanisms for cross-border data transfers approved by the European Commission and other competent authorities, such as standard contractual clauses. 8. How long do we store your personal data?
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or for as long as is required or permitted by law. Once we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
