Parsons Xtreme Golf, LLC, PXG UK Limited, and PXG Canada Limited (collectively, "PXG," "we," "us," or "our"), as well as our third-party service providers, may use "cookies," data files that are placed on your device when used to access www.pxg.com (the "Site"), as well as other tracking technologies, including web beacons/GIFs and embedded scripts on our Sites (collectively, "Cookies").

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are sent to your device when you visit a website. On each subsequent visit, the cookie is sent back to the originating website or to any other website that recognizes that cookie. Cookies act as a website's memory, allowing the website to recognize your device when you return. Cookies can also remember your preferences, improving your user experience and tailoring the ads you see to be most relevant to you.

Cookies set by PXG are known as "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than PXG are known as "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the Website (e.g., advertising, interactive content and analytics). The parties that set these third-party cookies can recognize your computer not only when it visits the Website, but also when it visits certain other websites.

Why do we use cookies?

Other tracking technologies such as web beacons

As noted above, cookies are not the only way to recognize or track website visitors. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called "tracking pixels" or "clear GIFs"). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that allow us to recognize when someone visits our site. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users as they move from page to page within our website, deliver or communicate with cookies, understand whether you came to our website from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, improve site performance, and evaluate the success of email marketing campaigns. In many cases, these technologies rely on cookies to function properly, and therefore rejecting cookies will prevent them from functioning properly.

How to manage and delete cookies

You can choose whether or not to allow the use of cookies, and how to exercise your rights through our company are as follows:

  • Most web browsers accept cookies, but you can usually modify your web browser settings to refuse new cookies, disable existing cookies, or receive notification when a new cookie is being sent to your device. To do this, follow your browser's instructions (usually located within the "Help," "Tools" or "Edit" facility). Please note, however, that if you reject or disable cookies, you may lose some of the functionality of the website. Also, disabling a cookie or category of cookies does not remove that cookie from your browser, so you will need to delete it yourself through your browser.
  • You can opt out of additional third-party ad networks by visiting Your Online Choices at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/opt-out-help and following the instructions therein. The effects of opting out of third-party ad networks are explained on their respective opt-out pages. On some sites, opting out of a third-party ad network will prevent them from delivering tailored ads to you. We may still collect information about your use of our Online Services for research, analysis or internal operations purposes.
  • You can also visit https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies which contains further useful information about cookies, including how to refuse cookies using various browsers.
