Refund policy
At PXG, we want you to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Golf Clubs:
For clubs that have been fitted at a PXG store , we offer a free spec check service (once within a year, limited to the condition at the time of purchase). For other clubs, please contact our player support team to inquire about what adjustments can be made.
- A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Apparel and accessories:
- Only unused items with tags attached are eligible.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date
- If you cannot confirm your purchase history (e.g. lost your order number or receipt)
- Requests from people other than the purchaser
- Purchased from a retailer, second-hand, or gifted
- Products that have been modified, abused, damaged, or misused (e.g. reshafted, angled, repaired)
- Sale items including outlet items
- Partial return of products purchased as a set for a promotion, etc.
