Limited Warranty

ASSEMBLED  GOLF CLUBS : 

With respect to PXG assembled golf clubs sold through an authorized PXG distributor or reseller, Parsons Xtreme Golf or its subsidiaries ("PXG") warrants, subject to all warranty limitations (as set forth below), (A) to the original purchaser or recipient of the golf club if the golf club is gifted in new and unused condition, that the golf club will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the life of the golf club, and (B) to any individual purchasing such golf club parts from the original purchaser or recipient of such golf club parts if the golf club is gifted in used condition, that the golf club will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, provided, in each case, that the golf club has not been abused, altered, broken, misused or otherwise damaged through the acts or omissions of the purchaser or any third party.

Golf clubs that have been modified in a common way (e.g., re-gripping) and have not suffered damage as a result of the modification are covered by the warranty, as determined by PXG in its sole discretion. 

This warranty on assembled golf clubs does not cover normal wear and tear, and the serial numbers must be valid and unaltered. Additionally, tour edition golf clubs are not covered by this warranty as they are not intended for resale.

PXG warrants that third party manufactured golf shafts for finished golf clubs manufactured by PXG will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Golf Club Parts:

Golf Club Parts: 

With respect to individual golf club parts (e.g., club heads) manufactured by PXG and sold through authorized PXG distributors or resellers, PXG warrants, subject to all warranty limitations (as set forth below), (A) to the original purchaser or recipient if the golf club part is presented in new and unused condition, that the golf club part will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the life of the golf club part, and (B) to the individual purchasing the golf club part from the original purchaser or recipient if the golf club part is presented in used condition, that the golf club part will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, provided, in each case, that the golf club part has not been abused, altered, damaged, misused or otherwise damaged through the acts or omissions of the purchaser or any third party. With respect to such golf club parts, PXG makes no warranty whatsoever with respect to other parts with which such golf club parts may be combined, including, without limitation, any joints or connections between such golf club parts and other parts made by third parties other than PXG. 

This warranty on golf club parts does not apply to normal wear and tear, and the serial number must be valid and unaltered. Additionally, tour edition golf club parts are not covered by this warranty as they are not products intended for resale. 

Golf Apparel and Accessories:

With respect to PXG apparel and accessories (other than assembled golf clubs and individual golf club parts), PXG warrants, to the original purchaser only, that such apparel and accessories purchased through an authorized PXG distributor or reseller or directly from PXG will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, provided, however, that (1) the purchaser presents as proof of purchase the original receipt received when purchasing such apparel or accessories from an authorized PXG distributor or reseller, and (2) such apparel or accessories have not been abused, altered, broken, misused, or otherwise damaged through the acts or omissions of the purchaser or any third party. 

This apparel and accessories warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. 

Heroes Apparel Promotion: No returns or exchanges for this promotion. 

Warranty Limitations for All PXG Products: 

THE ABOVE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF PXG PRODUCTS ARE PURCHASED FROM ANY PERSON OTHER THAN AN AUTHORIZED PXG DISTRIBUTOR OR RESELLER, AND IN SUCH CASE, PXG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PRODUCTS, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PART 

With respect to all PXG products covered under warranty pursuant to the above terms, the repaired or replaced product will be warranted from the date of purchase of the original product from an authorized PXG distributor or reseller, or directly from PXG, and not from the date of repair or replacement. 

ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. 

There are no other warranties beyond those stated above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation on warranty duration may not apply to you. 

Except for any warranties implied by state law, which are limited herein, the foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, agreements, and similar obligations of the manufacturer or seller of the goods. 

PXG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of PXG products.  

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this disclaimer may not apply to you. 

No person, agent, dealer, retailer, reseller or other third party may alter, modify or extend these warranty terms in any way. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 

Warranty Procedures for All PXG Products:

If a PXG product is covered by warranty in accordance with the above terms, PXG will, at its sole discretion, (1) repair the defect, (2) replace the defective product with an identical or comparable product, or (3) refund the purchase price, less reasonable depreciation based on actual use, if the covered product is unavailable and cannot be repaired upon prompt return to PXG through an authorized PXG distributor or reseller. 

If you purchased a covered PXG product from an authorized PXG distributor or reseller, you must make all warranty claims through the point of purchase. All products purchased from an authorized PXG distributor or reseller must be taken to the distributor or reseller for evaluation, and not PXG. 

If you purchased a PXG product directly from PXG that is covered by the warranty, please contact PXG's sales and support department directly at 08001239794 to request a Return Authorization Number. If PXG's sales and support department determines that the product is covered by the above warranty, they will issue you a "Return Authorization Number" and provide you with shipping instructions. To ensure that the product is delivered to our warehouse, please make sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package when returning the product. The issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not necessarily guarantee that the warranty claim is valid. Conditions that are deemed void under the warranty may be discovered after the product is returned to PXG.
