Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

PXG and PXG affiliates and their employees do not accept, review or consider unsolicited ideas, designs, materials, suggestions, works, artwork, content or the like for products, promotions, prototypes, services, technologies, product enhancements, processes, advertising campaigns, marketing strategies, product names, content or creative materials (collectively, "Submissions"). Therefore, please do not send or provide any Submissions, regardless of form, to PXG or any PXG affiliates or their employees. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when PXG products, promotions, services, technologies, processes, advertising campaigns, marketing strategies, product names, content or creative materials appear similar to Submissions sent or provided to PXG. 

However, if, despite PXG's request that you not send or provide a Submission, you do send or provide a Submission, you agree to the following terms and conditions, regardless of the content of your communication: (1) PXG has no obligation to review such Submission or its contents, (2) PXG is not subject to any obligation of confidentiality with respect to such Submission or its contents, and (3) PXG shall be free to use or redistribute such Submission or its contents for any purpose and in any form without restriction.
